The location is great for eating out and shopping. It also has a shuttle going every hour

I had a great experience, despite the renovations that were taking place at the time. I thoroughly enjoyed the very helpful and friendly service! It was a breath of fresh air! Thank you!

My first time here. It us in within walking distance to the Wanderers Stadium. A perfect location indeed. The staff are super fruendly. We've had excellent service. Rooms are Pristenely clean. I love a clean bed, a clean floor and bathroom. No carpets which is great. I find carpets yukky in hotels if they're not washed clean.

The hotel stuff are very friendly and welcoming. However, regarding the stay: Rooms: - The rooms are quite smaller than I anticipated especially for the price per night paid, FYI Do not expect to find any drinks in the bar fridge. For the price paid I expected a decent coffee maker inside my hotel but just the usual instant coffee. - The bed is very comfortable I enjoyed it but the I would greatly recommend if you are planning to spend few days at this hotel, get an air purifier or humidifier as the nights can be very humid and dry, the air conditioner does not help much. To summaries, if you are going to stay here, get an air purifier or humidifier before the stay or else you might wake up with blocked noses or worse bleeding nose due to the dryness of the air as I did for 4 long days. Apart from that great stay, nice hotel. Restaurant: - Had chicken, mashrooms and pasta. The food tastes great and good portions too however, not worth the price paid. - Disappointingly the desert is not made in house, they outsource it to an external manufacture (Consider batch manufacturing and logistics involved in transit (freezing - thaw - refreezing states)which made the desert feel more industrialized and lacked taste, tasted more like condensed milk with 10 spoons of sugar than cheese cake. In other words, Don't bother with dessert unless it is ice cream and you are off having steak instead of pasta.

Possibly the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. To start off with there were trays of food right outside our hotel room upon arrival, I assume this was from the previous guests which is kind of disgusting. Secondly the towels and curtains in the room were dirty, I almost wiped my body with one of the towels the next morning and was alarmed to see neither one of them were clean. The lounge on our floor was also dirty the entire weekend. For the most part the staff was incredibly friendly except for Lilly at reception and Lizzy at the restaurant. My cousin had booked breakfast and Lilly was insisting that she hadn’t and should pay again. Shortly after she saw that it was a system error and hardly even apologized. It was as if she was doing us favors, we literally felt as though we were imposing even though we were paying for our stay. Lastly we had furniture in our room that we stayed clear of because they were clearly broken and we didn’t want to create more damage. Overall terrible stay, would never recommend and would never come back.
