  Lovey setting in upmarket hyde park, great service but the rooms can use a face lift and get smart TVs.

  Just about everything was "perfect", only the dinner was over-priced in my opinion. The food was fine, but not at that price. The rest was really good; I can recommend it. I will stay there again for sure, but have dinner elsewhere.

  The Aircon fan from the shopping center made a loud noise the entire night. I called the receptionist (Norma)who spoke with the Manageress.The receptionist sent the security guard to the room and once the noise was verified I was given another room that was quite and peaceful. Well done to the management team!

  Great place... has a stunning view of the surroundings. Good service... clean bathrooms.. friendly stuff.. food was great..

  Stayed here during an international convention in Johannesburg in September 2019. Excellent customer service from the hotel staff, they were attentive and accommodating to our needs. The rooms had all the basic necessities any economical hotel room should. Some furniture showed age and wear but they were still clean and functional. Breakfast buffet has an excellent variety of choices everyday. The water is safe to drink from tap, albeit it's a bit hard on skin. Also, it's situated right next to an upscale mall, so you don't need to go out of your way to get food, or pick up something quick at the grocery store (only downside is the closing time; it's early for NYC standard). Overall, we had a pleasant weeklong stay. Would recommend to a friend.
