  Staff is what makes all the difference. They are simply incredibly attentive and kind. Location is exceptional, connected to the Gautrain station, connected to a mall with good restaurants. Sleep was good as well and the breakfast was not lacking healthy options. This is my place of choice when visiting Joburg. Particularly great is the much lower price than the adjacent, bigger name hotel, altough level of service is the same.

  I love this place and the service is great. Pleasant front desk staff and good variety for breakfast. Being close to Sandton is an added value at the price you get. Wouldn't mind staying here again. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon

  The staff are very accommodating and lovely. James at the front desk remembered our names and helped us with a couple travel inquiries. The hotel is modern and clean, very comfortable. It's next to a great shopping mall and restaurants.

  First of all the genius that built this hotel on a shopping centre deserves a big hug. The staff are friendly the rooms feel five star and there is even access to all restaurants. Basically if you don’t know where to stay this is the place

  Truly a 4 star hotel. Located at such a convenient location with shopping malls and finest restaurants close by. Their breakfast buffet absolutely to die for. Attitude from some of the house keeping but whatever... Cleanliness on spot. Great, spacious rooms with blow dryer. Definitely would go back
