  The guards at the entrance are very unfriendly and so are the parking services guys they are really not welcoming gives the hotel a bad atmosphere on arrival.. The hotel receptionist was a better experience and so was the hotel, made a difference to my stay, the room was also comfortable and loved the balcony area.. but please guys sort out the downstairs...

  The restaurant here is cool and the rooms was fantastic. The pool side is cool and the link to the mall makes it a wonderful place to be

  Class and vibrancy inextricably intertwined. I loved every minute I spent either in my very spacious room or at the pool deck. This hotel is top of the top....Pity I was restricted to only giving it a 5 star rating

  YMMV when it comes to staff. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, and at least one of the servers was very attentive during breakfast the next day. On the other hand, we received a call early in the morning notifying us that the person who checked us in forgot to process payment for the room, and that we should pay for the room during check out. Since checking out is standard procedure and many places process payment during checkout, it feels like all the call did was wake us up prematurely when we were hoping to catch up on sleep after a very early morning and a lengthy ordeal at the airport the day before.
