::We needed to use the after hours emergency service for our cat. The service we received was amazing, we only arrived at about 9pm and there was no rush to just get us out. We also received a call the following morning from the veterinarian that helped us just to check up on our cat. Was our first visit to this particular vet but will definitely be going back.

::Always received good service and advice at no cost, which is unusual as now a days it's all about money...sadly!!! Highly recommended!!! Dropped for 5 to 3 since My Cat went for testing and came back shaved without me being warned or notified that this was relevant to the procedures she went for and my quote ended up being 30-40% MORE! And the medication given when I researched was NOT recommended for cats with bad kidneys, which is one of my baby's ailments... Besides how abruptly the receptionist was when I came to collect my baby from the day hospital she blatantly just gave me the total, me not even knowing if my baby was okay or even alive!
