My first time taking my pet to a vet. I was completely satisfied with how my situation was handled. My cat was attacked and his leg was swollen bad. The doctor showed my cat affection and care. He spoke to my cat and reassured me of what will take place next with the procedure to help my cat. Great thing is that you can just walk in and get the help you need. I was also happy to see a picture of their practice cat who sadly passed. It showed me that they really understand how much we care about our little friends. Well done!

Dr Trent if a great vet and comes across as very caring. Our Mac has a brain tumor and dr Trent has been very helpful and caring through this tough time. Thank you dr Trent for being the understanding, patient and caring person that you are.

Granted its the festive season...only 1 vet available for the whole practice meant I got there early but my wait time to be seen was 90minutes! A follow up visit that was of an urgency had 9 people before me and to wait there for hrs was beyond me. I went to another vet in the area as my dog needed urgent attention and I get refused a copy of an x-ray that I paid for, from terrace vet... Definitely not my first choice unless I'm extremely desperate and no other vet in Edenvale is available. My poor dog also contracted an eye infection after being admitted there once.

Seems like these guys are there for money not for animals. Brought kitten from SPCA. They have diagnosed it with parvo virus. It had 50% chance to live. Doctor said the hospitalisation for 5 days (drip + antibiotics) will cost around R5000???!!....we said that we can not afford so much he said sorry but you will NOT find anywhere cheaper...GUESS WHAT!....kitten is 6 months now, healthy and the same treatment costs us somwhere else R1500/9 days!!...
