Had to bring my old man here to be put to sleep :( The vet was Super understanding and very very patient in explaining how this was the right choice. He was very genuine in his care for my dog and made the whole experience completely bearable. Big Thanks to Doc Ryan and the team at Oaklands

Always get good advice and the vets and staff care about the animals

The front staff were very friendly, helpful when I came through after Boxing day. The place was busy, the clients and their respective pets were all calm. Some let the others know their pets are aggressive, but everyone accommodated and maneuvered so that there wasn't any issues. The vets themselves, polite, calm, handled the pets and clients with ease and efficiency. I hardly hard any whimpering in the back rooms other than my mother's own dog but that was the discomfort of having an x-ray and been manipulated into awkward positions. The back end staff (what the clients rarely see) were calm with the pets in their care. When my vet asked a co worker for their opinion to confirm his, what I overheard put me at ease. There was mention of possible surgery and they both agreed to do medication before contemplating the notion of the op. Other vets I've gone to would have recommended the expensive options. Possibly taking advantage of an old woman with her pet.. I don't know.

Fantastic vets, would not trust my "family" with anyone else.

I pay less for my grandchildren to get stitches and xrays than my dogs. I kinda feel that vets take advantage of our responsibility for our animals
