::My experience with this so-called professional establishment has been, for lack of a better term, a nightmare. I called this morning in an attempt to arrange euthanasia for my cat, who had a stroke. The receptionist could not be more enthusiastic and cheerful to inform us we could not be assisted until hours later. It was truly unsettling and frankly disturbing. I live less than 1 km from the vet and they were unwilling to make the drive, despite my poor cat not being able to move without groaning in pain. I get that busy schedules are an issue, but the drive was honestly the least they could do. I am now forced to take my cat all the way to Centurion to die in a place that he does not recognise. Scared and confused. Shame on you.
