  Picking up the vehicle was a poor experience. There was 1 person responsible for vehicle collection, answering calls and doing bookings. The staff were inefficient as I was brought the wrong vehicle and nobody could find a suitable car for me, resulting in a vehicle being borrowed from Europcar after a 35 minute wait.

  Easily accessible, and Affordable car hire service. Cars in great condition. But refund experience is needs improvement !
