  Staff very friendly, but car model choices are limited. Call the day before pickup to organise if you want a specific model.

  For foreigners, I advise against. They ask for documents (letter from French embassy) that do not exist. We waited 4 hours for the booking to be refused, so we booked a car in another rental car the next day, which was not a problem with our license translation. However the staff is helping unlike their boss.

  They provide rental cars at competitive prices. Always friendly, sometimes on time. You'll also get a packet of complimentary mints to sustain you on you travels. Just make sure you carefully inspect your car for scratches or defects.

  Pros: 1. Honest 2. Efficient 3. Friendly 4. Drop off at OR Tambo airport free according to the current rules (pick up location less than 140 km from airport). Check that the terms and conditions have not changed when you book. Cons: 1. Not easily accessible by public transport. 2. Limited opening hours. They exchanged our car immediately when we found a nail in the tire after collection. We were given a choice of two replacement cars in the same class. The bill was correct. I dropped the car off at the airport without having refueled it. An additional charge of R20 for refueling on top of the cost of the fuel was charged, which I consider good value for peace of mind.
