::No sense of urgency at all, you will probably change your mind about opening a case. It feels like they are just there to mark themselves present. I was hoping it was not like the hillbrow police station, its the same, just tidier.

::Amazing service and so helpful! I waited for less than sixty seconds to be assisted and was sorted out and out of there in under five minutes! Seriously impressed by the level of customer service! The bad reviews I see were months ago...which do not correlate to my experience. Things have definitely changed for the better.

::I've been here several times to certify copies of IDs etc and to report traffic incidents. Most times, the service has been outstanding. The officers are generally very friendly, understanding, and caring. To me, they seem to take an interest in the members of their community and they come across with more empathy than other civil servants.

::The worst police station in the whole of Gauteng. Officers nonchalant as you walk in to report you case. It is as though they are doing you a favor by coming to work. These incompetent bunch refused to open my case of identy theft saying where I received the sms is the crime scene. Crimes done on your phone are guided by different protocols. So if you report a case of cyber crime you nerd to be in the sky as the crime scene. Disgusting. They need retraining urgently.

::No service orientation. Oblivious to the individuls waiting to be assisted and distracted in their interactions with those whom they are assisting. Expect to be super nice for very little courtesy in return. Conveniently located in close proximity to Rosebank mall, in particular, Jetline printing where you can have photocopies made or documents printed.
