  Was the target of both a hate crime, domestic violence and assault, reported it a few days late. And I get the response : "You must be present at the event, and you must call when the event happens." I literally told them "The bystanders at the address literally have information." But still, I can't report it.

  You literally sit for 30minutes just to certify copies,when they are changing shifts there's no one there to assist with basically anything. Worst place to get assistance from.

  They are just fast for white only...and i open a case on 22 they promise to send me case numbr i keep on waiting till today or they still procesing it
