  We reported an accident that my wife was involved in. They told us to phone back the next day for the AR number. We tried phoning continuously today from 9:00 in the morning till 19:00 in the evening. The phone just keeps ringing. I have had the same experience countless times as I work in a control room and we often need to phone tor report incidents. They simply can not be bothered to answer the phones. These are public SERVANTS they are there to provide an EMERGENCY SERVICE to the public. Apparantly they don't seem to understand what their job is. Absolutely pathetic! Thanks for nothing.

  You have to call 100 times literally to get help. Very poor service and lots of corruption.

  Dont bother. No one will answer. Tried to call them during a house robbery and no one even answered. When I got through on 10111 a van arrived 3 hours later. The most pathetic group of people.
