  This place is such a disaster. The service was extremely bad. The person who was doing my fingerprints for the police clearance certificate I am applying for is not one bit a police. He asked me for a bribe in a subtle way so I can get my certificate sooner. Without his “help” the clearance certificate will only come out in 4-6 week. I refused and said I was fine waiting the 4-6 weeks for my certificate . He was chatting to other ladies who were sitting in his room while he was “helping” me. I took over 15 mins to just do my fingerprints because he was on his phone and scratching his face all the time. The other police at the reception were all taking their sweet time certifying documents. Two ladies were before me and they needed their documents certified. Every time a document was stamped the police would stand up and chat to someone else before moving on to stamp the next document. I was disgusted at this police station. The cashier who took our money for the clearance certificate was helping another police check their salary and fringe benefits while I was standing there waiting to pay my fee. I don’t know how they were appointed to help the public. It’s so sad to see my tax money go towards these incompetent people

  please tell me who was driving BTS619B Today at 14:56 i would like to make a case against them. Yes they are from Clevland Police Station. One year later and still nothing.

  THE SERVICE FROM CLEVELAND POLICE STATION IS SO PATHETIC,THEY CAN NEVER HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING THEY ARE SO RUDE AND USELESS .

  Hi i really cant say due to the assistance i got was totally pathetic as i spoke to Officer Makura, while we had an emergency the Officer said they cant do anything as one of our vehicles was stolen i tend to trust in our police assistance in case of emergency so if we cant get help form the police where should we require assistance . Very Bad
