::I am physically not strong enough to take curtains down. Washing machine too small to cope with their size. Great service from the Laundry room ... they take the curtains down.. launder them .. then bring them back and hang them up. Perfect. Thank you Jason and staff

::If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This was easily the most shocking dry cleaning experience ever conceived. It almost seemed as if it was a prank. My girlfriend took a coat of mine for dry cleaning and the first interaction was unpleasantly rude but it was on collection that things turned ridiculous. They don't accept cash which is fair, it is also well communicated through signs in the store but after paying and receiving a message from the bank confirming payment, the speedpoint did not print a slip, the shop assistant then said that she would not give the coat as a receipt had not been printed by the machine, in spite of the message being shown to the assistant as proof. The assistant said that she would check for the payment at the end of the day and that the coat could be collected the next day. On returning, the assistant said that she had not seen the payment come through, at which point it was politely requested by my girlfriend that the details from the speedpoint be presented as proof. The assistant obliged and low and behold, she saw the first 5 and last 4 digits of her card number, on the date and at the time that her card had been swiped but the assistant still refused to release the coat even though the card was provided to prove the numbers corresponded. The assistant then had the audacity to ask to take a photo of the card to send to her boss which was swiftly refused and it was only when the assistant was forced to contact the owner of the store to confirm that the transaction be considered complete that my coat was finally rescued from the shop assistant who had been holding it hostage. The long and short of the story is that in a climate like ours, terrible service should not be entertained and we will never use this store again. I would also caution any person wishing to preserve their sanity avoid this store at all costs.
