::Jose and his team were efficient, punctual and did a very professional job on my carpet. I would not hesitate to recommend The Carpet Clinic. They did an excellent job.

::First of all,there was no rinse as you put it on the website You dont leave the soap in the carpet.Youre supposed to rinse it and suck it out.Whenever something gets washed you dont leave the soap in it.The carpets are smelling mouldy now as a result becuse it was not rinsed and sucked properly.I take longer to vacuum.Coincidentally I am not the only one giving bad reviews.Stoo scamming people and do a proper job.Instead of telling your guys to be in and out as fast as possible so they can run around all day making as much money as possible.Seriously.Pathetic.

::Very professional at first but the actual job was rushed and no better than hand scrubbing. On first inspection the cleaner sort off guaranteed that all the stains would be removed as they perform deep cleaning. I pointed out the tough stain areas that must be focused on. He finished 2 bedrooms in 20 minutes and the result the same. The stains resurfaced by the end of the day. I tried calling Jose and messaged my disappointment but no feedback. I have not even received and invoice to date. Definitely not recommended for the price they charge. You will regret it.

::I was bitterly disappointed in the service I received. The team arrived in a beaten up little bakkie, rushed through the apartment and left the carpets not looking much better than before they started. When I called Jose to come and inspect the carpets the next day, he was evasive, promising to call me back which he never did. Eventually he would just hang up the phone when I tried to contact him. Don’t be deceived by the false claims of being “one of the leading cleaning companies in Johannesburg” and “taking pride in their work”. I had to get another company in to redo the carpets, and they did a brilliant job of it. Don’t get ripped off like I did.
