  Horrible service received when I went to alter my boots. Took 3 weeks to get done after promising 1 week, and nothing was communicated with me. I wasn't even notified when my boots were ready, I had to keep phoning and checking. Staff were also completely uninterested and unhelpful. My measurements were not even taken and noted! I will not go back! Expect an expensive up-front payment for poor quality service!

  Awful service. Poor attitude and generally just a bad job with the service they conducted on my bag. Would never recommend and would actively pursue other options if forewarned.
