::Terrible!!!! Sent shoes in to be re-soled and Laces changed, took one pair to test. Cost - R230 - 1 star: Job quality - 1 Star: Shoes not fixed, still massive hole on left foot (foot would get wet if stepped in puddle) Didn't change laces on shoe. Shoe not polished or brushed Soles set incorrectly - feels as though I am on a downhill. Poor workmanship Customer service: -1 Star RUDE!!!! Incompetent, un-helpful and un-friendly. NO Greeting when entered the shop, tired persona, Interrupted mid sentence to speak to colleague about food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, NOT IF YOU PAID ME!!!!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AT ONCE!!!!!!!!
