::They lost 20 000 photos of mine when I went in for a RAM update and specifically requested a backup. After I ask them if they could try and recover them, they told me I was lying and I only had 2 pictures. All my childhood memories and current photos gone forever!!!

::Good for basic parts. Have decent promotions sometimes. Some items are slightly over priced. Would recommend doing research before purchasing items here. Staff are knowledgeable and are very helpful. Would recommend for any PC maintenance.
