::Thank you Paul for your assistance! Nice open store and by far the better of many of the other Matrix’s stores and staff. I speak from visiting during a afternoon in the normal work week. So my experience is based on this time slot only. Although the store was full and all staff were occupied, I was acknowledged and assured of assistance once done with other customer’s. The technician - Paul - was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Although my technical issue was not of a major kind, I still feel i got fast and efficient service as he check the PC straight away. Then resolved it for me.
