  They lost 20 000 photos of mine when I went in for a RAM update and specifically requested a backup. After I ask them if they could try and recover them, they told me I was lying and I only had 2 pictures. All my childhood memories and current photos gone forever!!!

  Prices decent, but charging my wife R500 to confirm if a part purchased and installed in their store a week ago was not the cause of a short on the laptop is not on.

  Good for basic parts. Have decent promotions sometimes. Some items are slightly over priced. Would recommend doing research before purchasing items here. Staff are knowledgeable and are very helpful. Would recommend for any PC maintenance.
