::Was the target of both a hate crime, domestic violence and assault, reported it a few days late. And I get the response : "You must be present at the event, and you must call when the event happens." I literally told them "The bystanders at the address literally have information." But still, I can't report it.

::You literally sit for 30minutes just to certify copies,when they are changing shifts there's no one there to assist with basically anything. Worst place to get assistance from.
