  Not what was advertised, don't believe the pictures you see online. Had pre- booked but upon check-in we had to wait for them to clean another room for like 30 minutes as if we had just dropped by unexpectedly.

  I can't even rate the stay a one, I had guests from overseas stay there, firstly they took two hours to books my house in, this was making a booking and paying full amount upfront , the. On arrival nothing was the same as the website or brochure, the place was shady and under building consternation, they were not accommodate towards any of the guest, the claim to do dinner but they do not, then on Sunday the place was raided for drugs and found drugs including a 4 year old child roaming the hotel rooms looking for his past out drug addict parent, when we final found the room there was drug everyone to the degree the police were called, the owners wide who was just as intoxicated achole, and verbally abused the guests, cops were call and drug raid took place, where .We phone the owners of Villa Via, he basically told me that he will not come meet with me and I must fight him for the R23999 owed back to us, he was rude and totally unhelpfull. It is a disgrace the way international guest get treated, they aim to be 3 start but should be shut down immediately, this is a disgrace to all hotels thanks to Villa Via. Warning and investigation need into got into the hotel and closed down, disgusting and this will be take to every public house, to the SA hotel board too, the Will NEVER be able to treat on more guest like this. DiSGUSTED
