::Hotel is not what it use to be. Could possibly be the new management. Staff is great as ever but seems to have lost that spontaneity. Also, parking at the hotel has become a problem for meetings.

::Great people and perfect location but.. broken AC meant the room was incredibly warm. The solution offered was an old swamp cooler full of ice brought to the room that was louder than the jets taking off next door. Oh and I got a pretty decent electric shock from the bedside outlet. The management of the hotel offered to take a chunk off of the bill and apologized which I appreciate but still didn't take away the problem of not being able to rest.

::Perfect location next to the airport. You will have an easy stay in Johannesburg. Perfect for a layover or rest stop. Clean hotel and very cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my requests.

::The structure of the hotel is very good. The room is excellent, one of the best I have ever been to. the bed and bath are spotless. The restaurant was the hotel's weak point, although the dish took 1 hour (and the restaurant was empty, all this time should not have happened). but the overall experience was great, the decor, the breakfast and the quality of the room made a difference
