::Polmed is administered by Medscheme. The worst service provider ever! The call center in incompetent. Nobody ever gets back with solutions. You are not seen as and individual. NO one takes your case/issue and work on it. Ever time you call the call center, you speak to some new person and you have to repeat every thing from the start. They don't even reply on my complaints made directly on their website! Seriously poor server! Never ever in my life I've been so frustrated with a service provider! NO STARS TO THEM!
