::What a dump. Rooms are dated. Shower and sink won't drain. Wifi is unusable it's so slow. Flying insects in room. No outlets by bedside. Staff no help.

::It's a great hotel but not 5 star ! It takes heart and soul to create a 5 star hotel. Look beyond the gaps and thorns will appear. Lifts not working. Light stays on in safe cupboard. Crockery broken in dining hall. Stale smell in hotel passage. Come on Management get your act together to impress. R330.00 for 4 poolside drinks served in plastic "glasses"

::Good spa, ok hotel, prices too high for the quality of hotel rooms. Spa needs to be maintained a little but staff and packages are wonderful.

::The stay was just average. The rooms are clean however in desperate need of a upgrade. The breakfast was good but the dishes have a terrible egg smell that makes for a very unpleasant experience.
