  Terrible service had to make an appointment 2 months in advance , phone to make sure of documents that is needed on the application form also gives you a list of all documents needed and to drive 3 hours from north west and to get here and be told that the documents are incorrect. Seriously need to update your info ,and your staff ..,

  I must say. I've been a 'client' of this mission for 20 years. And my latest experiance was truly delightful. This lady (don't know her name) who has been working there for years was soooo kind, polite, and knowledgeable on all aspects, that I felt like a real client that is treated as such. Not like some bureaucrats that we used to have there in the past!! Complements to the team and the lady at reception in particular!!

  I spoke to Rebecca at "Visa enquiries" this morning. What a lovely experience! This lady was friendly and efficient. She did not know the answer to my question immediately and said "Let me find out madam". She took less than 10 seconds to come back to me on the phone and answered my query with explanation, friendly and efficiently. THANK YOU for excellent service !!
