::We did our Visa application through Visa unlimited because we are in Cape Town and Samantha and her team was amazing. The Embassy answered my messages on Facebook when I enquired about the collection date and assisted us with feedback and all received in good order faster than initially planned. Thank you

::7 Reasons you should not vacation in Egypt. Worst, and most horrendous experience you will ever get from a visa processing office, consulate, or embassy. I've traveled to more than 85 countries, this is a first. 1. You're queuing outside on the street pavement as if you are a hobo waiting for a free meal for 1 hour and a half. 2. Rude and unhelpful clerk who gave me a form and asked for some passport photos. Zero communication on the paper work required and zero info on the form, had to go back and forth from the embassy to a mall and get photos and photocopies. 3. Arrived befored they opened at 09:00, was "helped" at 10:20am sent to get photos, rushed and came back at 11:02am and told by the same clerk that I was 2 minutes late, and would have to come back tomorrow. 4. Was then told that my application was incomplete as I needed copies of my passport !! The same passport they would keep. 5. Complained to the rude clerk for not giving me all infos and requirements and was told "you didn't ask". Was then asked to come back with copies of my bank statements. 6. Later told that it would take STRICTLY 21 days to get a reply and that I should cancel all my flight and hotel arrangements for next week as I would not get a visa in 1 week. 7. Was questioned by the clerk at the window on the street about my work in the US, and whether I had a US residence permit or work permit, which is all in my passport and irrelevant to the clerk. My advice to all. Don't waste your time traveling to Egypt. A vacation should be relaxing, but these folks stress you out and are unbelievably rude while you are still in Pretoria. You can just imagine what will happen to you in Cairo with the local taxi drivers, and at the pyramid sites. Would rather die then experience this circus again. Best to skip that country and spend your money in countries and cities that welcome tourists such as Thailand, Morocco, Brazil, the US, the UAE, Mexico,

::Why cant applications be online? Now you stand outside in the street for more than two hours???. With only one lady at a window ON THE STREET serving all the applicants. Please note we want to go on holiday and spend our money in Egypt. Not a good start to a holiday!!!!!!!!!! I wrote an e-mail and did not even receive an acknowledgment. It is a pity I already bought my plain ticket.
