  Bad service and attitude from staff. Sold me incorrect product after phoning in to find not if they had stock. This also shows the level of expertise available in the shop.

  very poor service , they don't have anything you need. been there twice and both times they didn't have what i needed. everything is out of stock but we can phone around for you. you a computer store you should have the basics when it comes to internet

  Thank you Paul for your assistance! Nice open store and by far the better of many of the other Matrix’s stores and staff. I speak from visiting during a afternoon in the normal work week. So my experience is based on this time slot only. Although the store was full and all staff were occupied, I was acknowledged and assured of assistance once done with other customer’s. The technician - Paul - was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Although my technical issue was not of a major kind, I still feel i got fast and efficient service as he check the PC straight away. Then resolved it for me.
