  The medical Centre is very nice and clean. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. The waiting times can be a bit of a hassle but overall it's a nice experience. Everything is within reach, radiology department is housed in the same building and the pharmacy is also close by making it less of burden to get your prescription.

  When you get there be ready to wait for a good four hours before seeing a doctor.... What a poor service.

  Covered parking available. But you need to be careful as the entrance is one way for incoming and outgoing vehicles and there are blind spots

  very poor service. i spent more than two and a half hours with only one doctor on duty. When i got in for my pap smear the doctor did nit have the correct equipment because apparently the nurses had packed the wrong kit and so had to wait for a further 10 mins as the nurses brought the correct kit. Afterwards i had to take my pap to the lab myself. Isn't the institution supposed to do that as paet of its services?😠 there is no safety & confidentiality in that. Maphisa's chambers are in 4th floor the lab on 15th floor. The prices on display are fake. False advertising. when i got to the lab i had to fork out more money 4 times the amount that is displayed for a pap smear test. Very poor service and they are making a quick buck with their fake prices.
