::The medical Centre is very nice and clean. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. The waiting times can be a bit of a hassle but overall it's a nice experience. Everything is within reach, radiology department is housed in the same building and the pharmacy is also close by making it less of burden to get your prescription.

::very poor service. i spent more than two and a half hours with only one doctor on duty. When i got in for my pap smear the doctor did nit have the correct equipment because apparently the nurses had packed the wrong kit and so had to wait for a further 10 mins as the nurses brought the correct kit. Afterwards i had to take my pap to the lab myself. Isn't the institution supposed to do that as paet of its services?😠 there is no safety & confidentiality in that. Maphisa's chambers are in 4th floor the lab on 15th floor. The prices on display are fake. False advertising. when i got to the lab i had to fork out more money 4 times the amount that is displayed for a pap smear test. Very poor service and they are making a quick buck with their fake prices.
