  No one available for quotation on Saturday and was promised a call back on Monday. No follow up on Monday however. Did find someone else.

  They didn't even bother replying to an online query. Why have a website and online form if you're not going to care enough to reply? I only discovered after my query, that they have a shocking reputation, so I'm glad I didn't make the mistake of using them.

  The most terrible service ever. When we booked they were told there were 2 address to go to. They arrived at 9am with a very small truck. Four truck loads later and 7pm at night, the move was eventually completed. By then they were just putting furniture and boxes anywhere. The staff were sullen and uncooperative. They seemed to move at snails pace the whole day. A piano had to be moved that we were charged R1200 to move. They nearly dropped it as they carried it in. If the gentlemen working at the house had not run to help, it would have fallen. They then gouged out the wooden floors putting it inside and chipped the piano . Our furniture was not looked after and have many scratches and ends knocked off. An already stressful day was made even more stressful by incompetent and unprofessional staff. It was an horrific experience.
