  AGS has moved me twice so far. From Tunisia to South Africa and this recent time from South Africa to Kenya. I really appreciate my recent Experience with AGS South Africa for delivering my shipment meticulously and efficiently. It all gave me a peace of mind. Everyone i dealt with was amazing. Minneke, Shana and Lazarus and all others made it all seem easy to relocate. Everything was well packed and delivered without damage. Before the guys left the house, they made sure every piece of furniture, kitchen utensil, carpet etc was in place. It was truly a Door to Door Experience. The team deserves to be commended for the remarkable job and professional manner in which they all go about your work.

  AGS International Movers weren't our first choice initially as we mistakenly thought they were expensive. When comparing the quote to Move Cube we were surprised to find that their quote was not only comparable as we actually had a bit more than would fit into a Move Cube but worked out cheaper. Packing day was absolutely painless and the guys that came to pack us up were extremely professional. The next day, I realised that something had been packed that shouldn't have been and it was very urgent that I get it back. This too was no problem for them and I had the missing items that same day. Absolutely fantastic service from quote to packing to billing to customer service. Highly recommended.

  Very disappointing. Lack of coordination between sales and operations. No one from AGS Movers Johannesburg bothered to inform me or update me about the status of my move. NEVER USE AGS MOVERS again and wont recommend anyone to so either.

  Have experienced several overseas moves so far. Last one, with AGS Movers, Johannesburg branch. Overall bad experience, lack of control from management side, inexperienced packing crew, extremely late, not managing the property properly, not repairing the damages. Shipping the containers extremely late after the packing, both shipments left SA after almost a month from packing date. I don't know if other companies are providing a better service level in SA but I suggest avoiding AGS Johannesburg branch for your move. Barely they can claim "meeting the norm" for international relocation!!! Answer to the AGS owner: Your mrgoodmove is trying to retrieve the informations on what went wrong for almost a month!! It shows you are failing in every single aspect of your job!! From planning, execution and delivery to customer service.
