  Went to Game Festival Mall today 14 April 2020 at 14h00 during lockdown. I went with my neigbour but was not allowed into the store, even after showing them our ID documents, as prove, I was still not allowed. Apparently there was no store manager on duty, I was told to phone customer care, which I did, but no answer. Both my neighbour and myself left our empty trolleys at GMe, went next door to Checkers and were granted excess. We both bought in excess of R1500 each. We will never support Game again!!!!

  Their prices, friendliness and good customer service is excellent and the shop is spacious enough to shop around.thanks

  Pricing is not bad, loads of specials at times. Service is not too great but they can be pretty helpful when needed. There is however some room for improvements

  Great mall. Best mall in Kempton Park with its own ice rink. Awesome place for shopping.

  Big store selling lots of products like house hold appliances, electronics, stationary, car care products, garden tools and furniture, handy man tools and much more. Service staff are helpful normally know where products are located in the store. Watch their weekly promotional pamphlets for discounts.
