  Makro is always a great place to shop. There are always bargains there. You have everything under one roof too. Lots of safe parking. People are all complying to safe distancing and all wearing masks. Great experience and also I get a bit of exercise in.

  Service is a bit complacent. Cell phone counter not staffed. Good specials and they had stock.

  Visited Wednesday 20 May 2020. Poor service delivery snails are faster. Staff not wearing safety gear think it is a joke if you remind them. Forklift driver races up and down as if it is a racetrack (inbetween que of customers) Security nor management ensuring clients wearing masks whilst shopping. It might be a shoppers dreamplace, but you can pick up a virus there quickly

  Really disappointed in the service or lack of service I have received from Makro SA. This is a great opportunity to prove your service and help customers in their time of need but you are letting South Africans down with your poor customer service. I ordered over 5 days ago (As your website states 2-5 Days) I have sent emails to find out what the delay is. I have not been responded to. I have called the call centre and all they can tell me is that they have sent an email to the store requesting more information. Is this really the best form of communication when my emails don't even get responded to? They also said that they will call me back, well I haven't received my call. I understand that retailers are under huge strain and pressure at the moment, but extend your delivery time and improve on your customer service and communication. Just so disappointing.
