  Nice prices, but sometime it's hard to find a staff member to ask something. But nice prices.

  Today was the last time i will ever set foot in Games Brooklyn. They have lovely stuff but the service and attude of their staff is not below zero it simply doesnt exist. Numerous times asked to see the manager but had always been denied access. Today i returned a faulty radio and granted they refunded me but they didnt cash to do so and they cant do a refund on my card for whatever reason. How can a shop do business without any cash? Needless to say after telling them i will wait for the cash they could give me R500 very easily. It is a lovely store till you get to the checkout. Obviously there is no training in terms of operating their tills not to mention the word customer service. Obviously they dont need me or my money.
