::Second time this year they screwed up my reservation. I booked two vehicles for my family weeks ago, and called to reconfirm, and was told they would not be able to provide the SUVs that I had confirmation for. They tried to offer me a smaller vehicle. This has happened at other Dollar locations in Canada as well. Not a trustworthy company and they need to sort out their reservation system.
