::I wanted to leave a review for Nicole Kidwell who deserves 5 stars as an employee of this company. She has been super help full and helped me extend my coverage and provided me with documents required for my claim. I spoke with three different people before I could get my coverage extended (they each told me something different) and despite writing my email on the accident report twice and checking that they had it correct in the system, the company still did not email me any documentation for the charges or even the bill. The price is good for the car though. The company deserves 1 or 2 stars and Nicole deserves 5 so I left 4.

::Over worked staff that looked like they have been beaten down by customers yelling at them for months. lots of delays, lots of miscommunications. You really don't have any other choice in where to rent your car here, so why are you even reading this review?

::Charge of R620 on my card after the rental for fuel even though I filled the tank at the airport Engen One Stop. It has become a standard of Avis/Budget to charge customers for anything extra they can come up with. Word of advice, don't trust anyone however nice they come across. Definitely check the paperwork, even ask for a copy before leaving after drop off. Check what has been recorded as the return time and the fuel level. And keep any receipts for fuel.

::Dodgy, very Dodgy. They don't do walk around the car, so you can't raise issues. Apparently when u find damage whilst checking by yourself, u have to scream loud&say, "There's damage to the car" &hope someone hears you. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have hired cars from all over the world, &this is the worst service I have ever seen. Efficiency lacks, and the whole service isn't the best. But then what would one expect, from Africa 🤷🏾♂️
