  Made arrangement to collect car from me at 15h00 yesterday 28/11/20 never happend phoned me to make arrangements for today 29/11/2019 at 9;30 still waiting. Phone 5 times this morning told me driver on his way. Half and hour later and 6km away still waiting.

  Are you serious I emailed your customer care and called a number of times to have this matter resolved. Nothing was done with reference to this problem. Email me your details I will forward you all the documentation and you sort this out . For the record I was charged in excess of R 6 500.00 for a damaged windscreen that PG Glass quoted me R 3 800.00.

  Very good service, I popped in without a booking, they made a plan for me. All staff smiling, helpfull and no issues with the car. Even earned a few rewards.
