  I would like to thank the staff at Cycle Lab Lynnwood for going out of their way to assist me where I had challenges in collecting a bike that had been in for a service. It is great to see a team so focused on customer service, well done!

  Great staff with exceptional service, they have sent a mechanic out to my house in Rustenburg to repair my bike, they assisted me after a race with great service and speed to repair a busted tyre and have even made it worth my while to drive to Preoria for even everyday items.

  Bought a new mountain bike yesterday. Back tire keeps running flat, seems like the sidewall was not properly inserted into the rim. The back gears also keep changing spontaneously. There were grease marks on quite a few places on the bike too. All this on a brand new bike. Would have expected better quality control from Cycle Lab.
