Jonathan followed up for me early on Monday morning and the stock arrived on Tuesday, after which the manager phoned me to inform me that it had arrived. Great price too. ::Wow! So I JUST bought my first Mountain Bike, a Trek Roscoe 7 WSD. From the start when I started looking for bicycles, Jonathan was helpful. As I am a short girl, finding an XS bicycle is not that easy. He went out of his way to look for a bike that would work. When he said he would provide feedback, he did. I never had to ask him to get back to me. He had my bike ready to go in (my eyes) record time!!! Thank you Jonathan, my husband and I really appreciate the way you went out of your way.
