::Had my bike there for a major service. Since its been there for the service I had problems on problems. Now my bike doesn't have any brakes. Prices are OK but I would suggest never to take your bike there for a service.

::I went in to change my Vitality Team cycling shirt and it turned out to be an unpleasant experience. The young man on the floor although helpful has very limited customer care skills. The experience with the two cashiers and their sour manager has put me off this store for good. This store needs to be seriously overhauled.

::I will NEVER support this shop again! I have had three bad experiences in a row!! Iâm all for second chances but enough is enough. Salespeople are dishonest and only interested in making a sale! No exchanges on sale items...after I explained exactly what I needed I regrettably believed the sales person and am no sitting with a useless pair of âsunglassesâ.
