  WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCED......ChemDry false advertising. Valerie is a rude woman and has no business ethics. When I complained of the HIT N RUN job they did with my carpets yesterday, she said i was annoying her....I paid for my carpets to be cleaned it was not done for FREE....The carpet has dirty streaks on them, the guys left a stain with chemical of some sort, there are patches on the carpet. I would not recommend this company for carpet cleaning at all. They mislead customers and when they are paid there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....THE CUSTOMERS ARE THEN ANNOYING to them.....PATHETIC CHEM DRY KEMPTON carpets were promised to dry in 2 hours, 4.5 hours later the carpets were still wet. LIARS
