::Appalling!!! I waited over 30 minutes for a wash and go whilst the staff was there having breakfast. On enquiry I was told they start between 7:00 and 7:30 depending on whether or not the staff was on time! Management take their staff for a customer service course. They are clueless. And extremely indifferent!!!!
