  Appalling!!! I waited over 30 minutes for a wash and go whilst the staff was there having breakfast. On enquiry I was told they start between 7:00 and 7:30 depending on whether or not the staff was on time! Management take their staff for a customer service course. They are clueless. And extremely indifferent!!!!

  Poor service. Two hours waiting for car wash and then three cars who were here after me washed before me. Never washing car here again

  Coffee too hot it burns your mouth even after 10mins. Wa also so weak watery.
