  On the 23th of February 2020 Between 19:00 and 19:40 I was insulted by Christopher Mabusela and assaulted by Edward Mashiane both of them being petrol attendants. After having a meeting with management without getting help about the issue from their side including me not having full footage of what transpired, I will escalate the matter. I will never allow myself to be treated like that as a person and secondly as a customer. What are you saying to us as customers by allowing incompetent people under this huge and well respected brand as SHELL? Edward Mashiane who claimed to be a supervisor wearing no name tag, he broke my phone screen trying to stop me from videotaping him because he was swearing at me. Fortunately I still have the video including the one where he was saying the person who was taking a video mush be beaten. Guess what? Such a incompetent fellow is still on duty. I won’t stop until justice is done. We must not allow ourselves to be treated like we buying petrol on credit, we are bringing business that makes someone’s salary possible. Sooner I’ll be releasing the video of the meeting I had with the management.

  Conveniently located along a road that a bit remote so you don't have to worry about running out of fuel.

  Very unfriendly, rude & obviously untrained staff. Not too spacious drive-through the dispensers though undergoing renovations. Absolutely not an option to refuel.
