  I had a parcel delivered to the office on February 18. I went to pick it up and the lady at the desk didn't even go look for more than 3 minutes for the package. I went back a week later on that Fryday and they said that they would look for it. We went back and *surprise* they had not found it. We repeated the process three times and still nothing... I am just assuming that it was stolen, until someone can prove me wrong or give me my package.

  In recent years the service has just deteriorated unbelievably. It's really sad because I have happy memories of collecting parcels from abroad etc. Like most people I now dread having to go there. Good business opportunities for the courier companies!

  Went to renew car license no Ink so nobody could be helped. Other days they are offline. Not the best service.
