  Spoke to the rudest lady on the phone. The entire post office from head dept in Pta are just blind mice literally leading the blind. Nobody knows anything. Nobody answers the phone (customer services line and branches), nobody responds back to emails ( doubt there is a mice that can read it cause they are all blind). It’s just a useless service honestly. All I want is somebody to tell me where my parcel is and Il gladly go and pick it up. I’m told to wait for an SMS And when I told her it’s been over 3months she says “Aaah we send the package back to sender after a month” like how pathetic is that?? She herself doesn’t even know how to make contact with the head office. Lol I’m really disgusted I must say. If I could give rate this rating a -1 I definitely would!!!

  The worst post office ever. My package was sent to them over 3 months now and I still haven't received it. They will make you go back and forth and won't even check thoroughly to ensure that the package has indeed been delivered to them. They'll tell you to go home and wait for an sms. when you tell them that you've been waiting for a long time they just become so rude and show lack of interest on your case.

  Don’t trust a word they say. If your parcel is there, they won’t actually check and make you come back multiple times. If you ask them to check they shout at you. The card machine is supposedly broken, so cash only. But I suspect this is a looting tactic, as the machine seemed operational to me. Disgusting.

  Difficult to know if the branches are open, nobody answers the phone.

  Bad service, only 1 teller was working, dont know what the other 2 ladies where doing at back. expect to wait to be served
