::How do you actually get to speak to someone at this Post Office. Our P.O. Box has been locked and I have a receipt dated 10 February 2020 for the rental. The phone just rings, gets switched off or is engaged. How DO YOU get to speak to someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

::My parcel was sent to this post office in November 2019. They received the parcel but never sent the slip for collection. Instead they sent back my parcel on 24th December 2019. Now I'm battling to locate my parcel. Very much disappointed. Second time this has happened to me. I never got the first parcel

::I order hobby items all the time, it use to be 4-6 weeks then items are at post office and i go pick-up. Now they changed the system and i have to wait another 2-3 weeks before i can collect items that are in the post office bags already delivered. This is such a useless post office setup! Don't support them if at all possible!!!

::Probably the Worst Useless Service you can expect from any Store! They are supposed to be of assistance but you cannot find a happy medium that will suit them. I order many overseas parcells, I dont receive any sms, phonecall, notification of any sort to say the parcell is there, if you phone & they do actually answer the phone they tell you they cant help you over the phone, when you get there they simply tell you they will notify you when the parcell arrives. .........and so we go in circles! GRRRRRRRR! they are useless!!!!! Please help me understand why they still Exist?

::I went to the Northmead Post Office in Benoni to renew a car licence. I thought it was going to be a nightmare as the car is registered in my son’s name, but I took all the certified copies with and it was a pleasant experience. What a friendly bunch of people working there. So efficient and very helpful. Well done to Patience Zwane who assisted me.
