  I was leaving for a trip to Israel and asked the lady behind the counter to order me shekels in cash and told her it was urgent. She then proceded to tell me that they would be arriving the next morning. When i went to Bidvest the next morning, she then said "oh sorry, i forgot" which has now cost me a great deal more money as i could not get through border security without said cash. Management did not help to solve the situation and this incident has made me swesr never to use such a disgraceful branch ever again. Horrible, useless staff who don't do the only thing you go there and ask them to do. Never again will i step into Bidvest Fourways Mall.
